Getting “him” eat his fruits has always been a challenge. So, I am always on the lookout for easy to consume nutritious juices. I had to pick up the Raw Pressery Juice when I saw it on the store shelf.

Raw Pressery Juice - Run

I read about cold pressed juice a few months ago and got this out of curiosity. The biggest difference between the cold-pressed juice and juicing at home is that at home, we pour our juice in a glass or jar and enjoy it before microbes and oxygen spoil it.

In cold-pressed juice, the cold juice is bottled, sealed and put in a large chamber, which fills with water and applies a crushing amount of pressure to inactivate pathogens. This helps the juice maintain its taste keeping it safe for a few days.

About Raw Pressery

We choose only the freshest and best quality fruits and vegetables and source these directly from local farms. To ensure that they have the most vibrant color and flavor around the year, we assess the soil quality, water availability and how accessible the produce is. We also have contract-vendor relationships with our farmers to support the growing farming industry in India.
We take care of the peeling, chopping and shredding of the fruits and vegetables before the cold-press process begins.  We ensure the produce never comes into contact with human hands as it turns from solid to liquid form.

My Experience With Raw Pressery Juice

My memories of fresh juice go back to my school days when my mom used to fresh press carrot juice for me when I reached home from school. Although, nothing can replace mom’s love; I still felt content in serving this on the table along with breakfast.

I got the flavour Run which includes Pineapple, Pear and Chia Seeds. The taste is a perfect blend of pineapple and pear and tastes almost like fresh pressed juice. Not at all overwhelmingly sweet or artificial. The Chia seeds give it a nice crunch and make it more filling. It makes for a perfect snack.

As Raw Pressery Juices are free from preservatives and do not go through the pasteurization heat, they have a low shelf life and have to be kept refrigerated to keep them from turning bad. They are free of any chemicals and artificial flavors. It is also rich in Calcium, Vitamin C and Iron

It is definitely a healthier option as compared to most packaged juices, but it is expensive. I feel that 150 Rupees for a 250 ml is too much of a price.
